At LBCF, we have a teaching team to lead our community deeper into Scripture together. We have a teaching team for many reasons, including:
We believe in a priesthood of all believers and that, although we have had lead teachers for the great majority of our history, many people have teaching gifts that need to be developed, for the good of the body of Christ.
Our community profits from a multiplicity of voices.
We believe in a vibrant community founded in the diversity of the Kingdom of God. Our teaching team is an expression of this diversity.
We are strongest when each member of our community is expressing their unique giftedness and passion, be it teaching or anything else.
